Interesting. I hadn't thought of it before but Caps Lock is certainly one
of the least used keys on my keyboard. I could live without it.
I think some people like it for FORTRAN programming or VMS where caps are
over-used. I don't like code written in all caps. I hate sending files
to VMS because the filename is always converted to all caps - ugly.
