I think it must be mostly a poor-people's food because why would you eat
that if you could afford beef or chicken? I can't imagine that people
prefer it.
Here's another thing: What's with chicken's feet? My sister-in-law was
selling them in her store but I forgot to ask what for. I think people
use them in soup, but do they really prefer to use a chicken's foot than
something else like a chicken's thigh? I'm thinking it must be the price.
The feet looked very clean, but knowing where they've been, it would be
very hard for me to eat anything that had touched a chicken's foot.
