Ecuador. Tripe soup. It actually tasted fine, er, it had no real
taste, just the taste of the soup. I didn't like the look of it and I
didn't like the consistency, but I can understand why people would eat
it. I don't think it was a common food for them.
I have eaten tripe. It's consistency made me gag.
