You are so very right, and you've pinpointed a major difference between
the people I support and those I do not support. In the 2-3 person
scenario, it's honest. You are trying to help 1 mother make 1 decision
out of concern not _just_ for the life of the child, but also for her as
there's lots of evidence that this can leave lasting scars. In the
other scenario, the 1 mother is trampled as "collateral damage" by those
who 'claim' to be working for her benefit.
