A friend has a DVD that she made here in the U.S. of her daughter ice
skating. She wants to send a copy to her family in Australia but
Australia is "Zone 4" so we need to be sure that the DVD has the correct
format for Australia. I'm also not sure about NTSC v. PAL -- is that an
issue for DVD or just for VHS? Anyway, if you guys have a clue about
this, let me know. I have Nero, if that will help me any. Another
possibility is that the DVD, because it was home made, doesn't have any
sort of "zone" built into it, but I really don't know much about that.
