Can't find the right people?
Yeah, it probably is pretty hard to find those technicians with
degrees, certifications and know-how for $7.95 per hour.
Of course I know nothing about what they were actually willing to pay,
but experience has shown that if you cannot find qualified candidates
you are either, looking in the wrong places, not paying enough money,
or not willing to work with the "less-than-perfect" candidate.
I mean how hard is it to build computers anyway?
