But he's not indicted on the leak charges. He's indicted on perjury and
obstruction of justice. He said something that did not match what
someone else said, and was later found to be intentionally false. That
and he may have balked at some other stuff. Not hard to believe when you
consider the politically charged atmosphere of this whole thing. It's
not that he leaked any thing at all.
