It's probably because I'm at a scientific meeting in exciting Storrs,
Connecticut. We do get to have a lobster dinner tonight, so there are
some nice things about this part of the world. In fact, the nicest thing
is that there are many great things to do within, say, 150 miles of this
point: Boston, NYC, Berkshires, Vermont, Maine shore, Cape Cod, Long
Island Sound shoreline, etc. I grew up in western Massachusetts about 40
miles from Storrs, CT.
I'm one of the main provocateurs, so my absence probably slows the
discussion list, but maybe that's a good thing. I did try to get people
writing about Jonathan Coulton, but that seemed to fall flat.
