You might have seen this on the news but the high-pitched sound
emitted by this mp3, was designed by Merthyr Tydfil-based inventor
Howard Stapleton. Inventor Howard Stapleton, creator of the Mosquito
teen repellent, says only a few people over age of 30 can hear the
Mosquito's sound.
