Depending on specifics, usually the disease weakens the body, allowing
for other infections to transpire. Like with Lung cancer patients and
Aids patients are more likely to Die from getting pneumonia because
their systems have just weakened so much, they can't fight it off. My
Aunt died of pneumonia, and she had a very advanced stage of Lung Cancer
they found very late. As in, when she went into the hospital with the
pneumonia, they found the cancer. Like with cancer, the cells tend to
spread, it can start orginally in your lung or your skin, but the
infection of that type of cell, moves all around the body. So pretty
much, cancer can eat you alive. But you can say a similar thing about
diabetes, at least the eating alive part. Diabetes has soo many more
complications. I'm still confused about some of the processes and how
come certain complications arise. But i'm not an advanced researcher. I
only have a basic understanding of the disease and the complications it
brings.
