It's surprising that you are able to blame me for what is happening in the
Dominican Republic. Just because I think that multi-billionaires should
pay more tax than they pay currently doesn't mean that I believe that poor
people should steal electricity.
I also believe in rule of law. They could have a law against stealing
electricity and they could enforce that law. That would be fine with me
but maybe their country is too poor to police electricity theft. Maybe
they have to put their resources somewhere else.
