Nice liberal country they have there. Give away all the benefits and
make the rich pay for their fair share. Then as the power continues to
go down because the poor cannot pay for it, cut down the rich to only
having 6 hours per day of electricity. Of course the criminals who
have been stealing for all those years don't have to worry about it,
they keep their power on as long as they want.
