Sounds like Judge Robertson actually might have had a beef with the
presiding judge, more than he did over frustration with Bush. Since
the presiding judge knew of the issue, one would have thought he would
have briefed the other judges.
Of course, if the presiding judge had reason to believe that there was
a leak somewhere on the bench...
Is it not plausible that Judge Robertson was not briefed because there
was a concern over where the information might end up?
