Wait a minute. What kind of geek are you? You buy a house without
knowing what kind of ISP options you have? :-) Gosh, I figure I'd
buy a place with my choice of broadband suppliers and a sewer system
that consisted of a fat pipe to the neighborhood branch over a place
with decent sewerage and no DSL. The sewer system stuff is way more
likely to get fixed for a reasonable amount of money.
More seriously, the only thing I know about Holts Summit is that it
comes up a lot as a landmark in tornado warnings, so it's good you
aren't getting a trailer. :-)
