ton of flights coming out of St. Louis, it was really a hub. Recently,
however, they have substantially cut down on the number of flights going
out of STL. KC might have "international" in its name, but it's not
nearly as big a hub as (say) Chicago. Your best selection of flights to
most places is out of a major hub.
Minneapolis has a Northwest Airlines hub. It is pretty sweet because we
fly nonstop to most destinations and the airport is very close to the
city. On the other hand, all the bankruptcy filings and strikes are
worrying us!
