I pushed for and finally got to install DokuWiki at work for documentation. It was very easy to install and has been rock solid for a little over a year now.

My first choice would have been Twiki for the massive list of features, but since it had to be decided by committee, we went with DokuWiki for it's more documentation specific feature set.
