This is another of those stupid lawsuits, some idiot going after Apple
because the iPod will play at 115dB.

Yes, the iPod plays 115dB, so? It also has a volume control on it. If
this idiot succeeds in his lawsuit, well the ramifications can be dire
for all of us.

Additionally, I tend to run notes through my MP3 player (I could not
bring myself to drink the Kool-aid and buy an iPod). The reason I do
this is because my MP3 player will play the verbal notes I have taken
louder than my laptop will play them. I don't want some idiot taking
that power away because he wants to get rich.
