* specific, I think most people agree with their friends.  That 
* puts them into the second- and third-rate categories all the 
* time.  It's easy to see why it happens because it is so hard 
* to keep up with all the information that's needed to form a 
* solid opinion.  It would be best if people could withhold 
* judgment until they were sure of what to do, but that's just 
* not what people do.
