I'm not sure what to make of this. Nobody asked Bush to do any of the following:

1) Declare war on Iraq without planning appropriately for the occupation. Even if you thought this was a good idea, the lack of planning was atrocious. In particular, the effect of this action on our military will be felt for years to come.

I think that this is a good example of a situation where one wonders if anyone else could have done any better.

There was no provocation and therefore no need to rush into it. Of course anyone could have done better. One way to do better would be to do nothing.

Bush declined to go after bin Laden. He said that he wasn't concerned about bin Laden. Now that bin Laden is claiming that he will orchestrate another terrorist attack within the US, is Bush still not concerned? He really went off the rails when he went into Iraq. That was a obviously ridiculous plan that had to be propped up with a pack of lies.
