And it's funny because...?
I guess it's funny that they said they were "glad they caught it before
any damage was done."
It wasn't funny that they found out about the boy's web page because their
computer system was so slow. That's going to really count against the
kid. He was actually succeeding in intentionally slowing their computer
system.
