Are you saying that the Korean chap claimed that he could create
clones without using pre-existing embryos?
He claimed that he could make embryos by cloning, then extract stem
cells:

And did they do the cloning by replaing the nucleus of a pre-existing
embryo?
So I fired off this email before fully reading the article.
So the method that this Korean had said worked was exactly the method I
described in my first reponse to Christian. So now they say the whole
thing doesn't work?
It still leaves my question - what are these 60 (or 38) stem cell lines
that already exist? How do they work, and what do they provide?
