All I have time for right now is this one section. I will try and
address the rest at another time, it is nice to see you animated
though Mike!

Is it not customary in the world of academia to use the title Dr. when
referring to someone who has attained that degree? When you refer to
the person is it not disrespect to NOT use the title when referring to
the person? Maybe you can explain that since it seems that the many
times I left off the title when referring to someone, I have been
quickly reminded that it is proper to use the term.
Its not that you said anything disrespectful about him, in fact, I
could care less, but by leaving off the Dr. title are you not
belittling him just a little bit? If I am wrong about this you will be
sure to correct me.
