This and the above requests for examples are valid. I'm not much good

Well, if you ever get to it, I do want to know. I would not expect ACLU
to refuse to help someone whose free speech right, for example, was
being violated. They have stood up for Nazis. Believe me, the ACLU
hates Nazis!
My wife found a lot of examples. Unfortunately, some of them support
your view of them too :) I'll post both. And yes, one of them is the
Nazi thing if I remember correctly.
That's a bizarre story. Of course we are hearing one side of the story
interpreted a certain way. I wouldn't recommend giving RU-486 to anyone
who hadn't signed a form saying that was what she wanted. The health
center staff were amazingly incompetent. That this had anything to do
with the patient being Korean seems to be pure speculation.
Fiddlesticks! There have been studies in the past year about people
being pushed to have abortions, especially in free and community and
student clinics. I'll have to see if I can find them. They were very
very disturbing. I think one of the stories was in Focus on the
Family's Citizenlink.
The fact that this had anything to do with her being Korean has nothing
to do with speculation. They patronized her. They told her how they
were understanding of 'her situation'. They assured her that she would
remain anonymous, etc, etc, etc. They treated her like she could not
understand English, and ignored the fact that she spoke flawless
English. There was no question they altered their behavior because she
was Korean, or more likely, they were too ignorant to know that, and
treated her as a generic 'Asian'.
