It's ~38 pages, but you can get most of it just by reading the Executive
Summary near the beginning.
Funny how it's not been in the major media, while the news of the White
House's _lack_ of a strategy for victory in Iraq has been headline news for
at least the last month.
Might I remind everybody that this document has existed since 2003?
Then why is it dated "November 30, 2005"?? The quote on the final page is
dated "January 2005." Sure, it says that it's their old plan, the secret
one that they wouldn't show to congress, but it was written last week.
