It's ~38 pages, but you can get most of it just by reading the Executive Summary near the beginning.

Funny how it's not been in the major media, while the news of the White House's _lack_ of a strategy for victory in Iraq has been headline news for at least the last month.

Might I remind everybody that this document has existed since 2003?

Except for you people who just _know_ that Bush is a dirty rotten liar of course. For you, it was written by a million monkeys on a million brother desktop word processors in the last three days and just pre-dated. *grin*
