This is an understatement. Ask the people living along the new Forest
Park Parkway extension in St. Louis. Buy a nice little house in a nice
city neighborhood. Sell a little house with a light rail train
running through the backyard every 7 minutes for 18 hours a day. Many
people were quite unhappy. Not to mention the project is many months
overdue and many millions over budget.
Though as mentioned, what is there is very good if you happen to want to go from/to where the Metro runs.
