I do. I think that most cargo is moved more *efficiently* from point to
point on rail (cargo being people, shipping containers, cattle, widgets,
whatever). Cargo is moved most *flexibly* on highways and streets.
Keep in mind that flow on a rail system is controled where it is not (or
barely controled) on a system of highways and streets.
