anyone else having piss poor service through mediacom? i've spent the
last 6 days talking with tech support about the speed issues. i get
~600kbps from the modem directly and only ~55kbps when through my
router.
they said their having switching station problems and it will be
another 2 weeks+ before speeds are fixed?! 2 weeks? come on.
the tech who came out to my house said it is causing issues all over columbia.
i'm basically paying $50 for dial up.
grrrrr.
