HAHAHAH I found this humorous.
"Cuban President Fidel Castro, a close Chavez ally, led a minute of
silence in homage to victims of Katrina in parliament on Thursday. The
parliament then returned to normal business with a resolution
attacking Bush over the Iraq war."
I was laughing when I read that, I can see it now.
"Lets have a moment of silence for the Americans over their tragedy."
*moment*
"OK, now lets get back to the business at hand, complaining about how
evil those Americans are!"
I know it was not like this, so please employ your sense of humor if
you have one, and look at it for the irony that is in it.
