Do people go to N.O. for the history, the cities I named people do.
Most people go to N.O.To go down to the French Quarter to party. Does
that make it a historic city because it is a tourist destination? If
thats the case WaltDisney World and Las Vegas are off the charts in
the "historic" value market.
