So how much of New Orleans will be left when they rebuild? Seems a

What history? Besides being a French outpost in the 1700's New Orleans
isn't really that Historic of a city (Unless boob flashing and a tourist
trap that smells like urine is history) in my opinion .
That's all found on one part of one street (Bourbon Street), and it was a
fun place to visit. There are many other streets in New Orleans and many
beautiful shops, buildings, parks, etc.
By the way, Bourbon Street smells a lot more like puke and garbage than
urine!

Not saying that it isn't a tragedy, just saying I don't see New Orleans
as one of the top historic cities in America.
What are the top historic cities? Obviously, Boston, Washington DC,
Philadelphia are up there. New Orleans is a very important city. It is
unique and beautiful.
