Intel Wireless G's use Broadcom chipsets the last time I checked,
and Netgear uses the Atheros Chipset that can be used by madwifi driver.

I installed Win XP x64 on my son's computer. It seemed to work fine with everything until I dropped in a wireless card. It was not able to work with it. The company had drivers only for XP, not for XP x64. This seems to be a problem currently for XP x64. I did read somewhere that XP x64 is supporting Broadcom wireless cards. I guess that means a Broadcom chipset, but I'm not sure which cards have this. Any ideas? Alternatively - does anyone know of a wireless card that will work with Win XP x64?
