I think a lot of this depends on what action you want Bush to take. Bush

Take action to reduce petroleum consumption. I have no opinion on Kyoto.
I don't want to take drastic action. I would like to see some honest
consideration of the problem and a reasonable long-term plan.
Your statement about Global Warming being a fact is still not fact.
Computer models have been saying it is, but I still maintain that we do
not have enough information to know whether it is being caused by what
people are doing, the expansion of space flight, or the decline in the
number of pirates in the world. All can be shown to have a correlation
with global warming.
That is not what the top experts are saying. They do not have nothing but
trends in temperature with time. They have many other forms of data like
CO2 and ozone in the upper atmosphere, and much more. This is not my
area, as you know, but I don't hear any dissenting scientific voices at
this point. Bush's own men believe that recent trends in global warming
are being caused largely by greenhouse gases which are being created by
human activity.
