I suspect that it's not the caffeine at all. A coke has more than a cup
of tea. Way more. Have you tried the decaf black teas? Twinings decaf
Earl Grey is very good, and so is their decaf Irish Breakfast. And they
are both very dark teas, so they have a good smooth flavor with a kick.
Jasmine and most green teas have less caffeine than the black teas any
way. The red teas are decaf. I'm just tired off all the herb teas having
chamomile in them. I like chamomile every once in a while, but after
drinking herb tea regularly, the chamomile can get a little old.

Speaking of tea. I'm looking for some tea that's slightly
caffinated. I'd like to have some tea that I can drink after work and
still be able to sleep at night. I can drink a coke before
going to bed and have no trouble sleeping, but tea is a
different story. Non-caffinated tea would be ok, but want a little bit
of
a kick to it, just not too much. Earl grey black tea, and this fusion
red
& white tea have both kept me up until late at night.
I've heard that white tea is the lowest caffinated tea and was
thinking this might be the way to go, but I'm no tea expert. Anyone
have
any suggestions on where to get good tea locally, on-line, or
recommended
types of tea to try?

Thanks.
