If champagne will "do", then Sam's Club has Roederer Estates for (I
think) $17 a bottle. There is better champagne, and there is cheaper
champagne, but this is the best cheap-ish champagne I've run into
recently. If you must have Asti, I don't know what would be best
there. The best place (as far as I know) to buy wine in Columbia is
at top 10 wines on 9th Street in Columbia. The guy knows what
everything he sells tastes like, and he respects your taste and price
range for what he has. I don't expect he carries Cold Duck, though.
