Last summer we went with Cook's Extra Dry. It was very inexpensive, but
it had a nice flavor and people really liked it. I don't remember if I
tried their spumante, but I do remember that I liked the extra dry a lot
better than the brut. Buy the magnums. It will save you a lot. Don't
buy something expensive -- almost no one will know the difference.
