The tea I was referring to in my blog was some jasmine tea in a green
box that I purchased from Chong's when I was in grad school.
My wife forbade me to brew coffee while she was pregnant, so I returned to tea.
And the tea with the orange tag *is* the best jasmine tea. I get it
at Chinese Wok-Express (which, bizarrely, is really a Vietnamese
place, with Chinese food an afterthought.) I have some expensive
loose tea given to me by Chinese friends, but those cheap teabags
taste better to me.
If you brew your own jasmine tea, don't use boiling water. You get
the mellow flavor when the water is just really, really hot.
Regards,
Mark
