It looks as if it worked correctly to me. Nobody promised that she'd
keep the same pagerank if she changed domains. She should have planned
ahead and giving the new domain time to build a reputation before making
the switch. All-in-all it's just a whine that she didn't understand the
process and was hurt by her lack of knowledge as her business evidently
relies a lot on getting hits from Google.
