Ahhh! But you are assuming an additive relationship. From what I have
observed, it's more of a geometric or power series relationship. Kind of
a synergistic increase in the amount of mess that can be created as you
add kids. And the closer they are in age, the more resonant the
relationship, so the more chaotic the mess. :-)
I think there should be a scientific discipline dedicated to the study
of this... :-)
