Personally, pretty much the sole reason I bought the Treo 600 was to
have e-mail on the go. I spend a lot of time on the job site, downtown
at city hall, meeting with suppliers, etc. but at the same time use a
lot of email so the ability to pull the Treo off my hip and immediately
answer a tenant's question regarding our project schedule is extremely
valuable. If I were to try and rely on my notebook I just couldn't do
such a thing (actually the thing is a convertible TabletPC and it's
STILL not feasible). True e-mail-on-the-go is a 'killer app' for me
because it allows me to be as responsive as possible and keep tenants
(and the office, and pretty much everyone else) that much happier.
