If the Governor of Kentucky had any courage or character, he would
immediately and pre-emptively pardon this dude, who could face a
felony conviction for writing a short story. There has got to be a
huge difference between being tactless and inconsiderate in your
private journal and being a convicted felon. There just has to be.
Otherwise, why would anybody want to live here?
