Dog and Cat food. People that leave dog and cat food outside for their
pets but bring the pets indoors, or worse, have their pets eaten.
This is another huge problem and in fact here in Ojai California where
I work, they are considering an ordinance (albiet a non-enforcable
one) that would make it a crime to leave pet food out overnight.
This is also a common problem for Raccoons, Skunks, Rats, and Possums.
They love the stuff. Animals are driven by their stomach and the path
of least resistance. Where is the easiest place to get food? Where the
pesky critter does not have to chase it.
