Next thing on my bitch list: website's that output content instead of a
404 when something can't be found. Tip to web designers - DON'T DO IT!
Custom 404 pages are fine - just output the damn 404 too. Don't try to
be so damn clever and reinvent the wheel in some non-standard way. :P
It's hard to validate URLs as functioning when you get content even when
the URL is invalid.
