[MLUG - DISCUSSION] group problem solving with Google (was: iTunes music files)

I think we should do a paper on the Internet and group problem solving. 
Sounds like an interesting thing to study. The process of interactting 
with search engines and the web while feeding each other snippets of 
information we've discovered until a solution can be reached.
