Ahh, sorry. I'd already archieved the rest of the thread and I didn't 
feel going back to look.

It looks, froma  quick glance at the docs, like it converts the file 
into an MP4 which should be a standard file type so you may be able to 
use it anyway. If not you can change it to mp3 but yes you may get some 
loss in quality. Similar to if you convert an mp3 to an ogg file. It 
probably won't be terribly noticable though unless you're a real audiophile.
