Reformat. If you want a real fix install Linux. If not then unplug the
network, reinstall Windows, apply all windows updates (from disc), apply
anti-spyware software, install Firefox Thunderbird and OpenOffice,
remove IE Outlook and M$ Office, enable the firewalls, and plug the
sucker back into the Net.
Anything else will leave holes in your repairs.
