By the way, if I really need an iPod to play iTunes files, I don't want
them. I don't have an iPod. For $0.99 per song, they could have sold me
a fair number, I think, but I won't buy any unless they are in a good
format for me. That mostly means MP3. I could also purchase their files
if I can convert them to MP3 and they still sound great. Here is some

I don't know anything about how lossy that process is.
