There are so many cool things I could think of to do with identical
twins, but, alas, most of the really cool and interesting ones are
horribly unethical. :-)  And some of the others aren't possible at
this point in time.  So it won't be possible to take one of them
aboard a spaceship traveling at a substantial fraction of c in order
to check out the practical side of relativity theory.

But if we assume that your wife is geeky enought to make the twins
geeky, maybe they'll end up doing some of the things that the geekiest
set of identical twins I knew used to do.  Space and time are
constrained, but I think my favorite thing was that they never used
proper names for each other.  Rather, they would call each other
"donor". :-)

Well, the second least ethical idea I had was that you could secretly
send one of the twins off to live with Mike Miller, just to see what
would happen when they talked about politics when you re-united them
at age 25 or so. :-)
