Yes, it is! This one seems better:
http://archive.columbiatribune.com/2004/jun/20040629busi003.asp
But this does remind me of a question I have that some of you are sure to
have opinions about. It is possible to exchange a long URL for a short
one by using tinyurl.com or snipurl.com or some other similar site. Then
tinyurl or snipurl will do a quick auto-forward (or whatever you call it)
from the short URL to the long one. Example:
long:
http://archive.columbiatribune.com/search/qfullhit.htw?CiWebHitsFile=%2F2004%2Fjun%2F20040629busi003%2Easp&CiRestriction=wifi&CiBeginHilite=%3Cstrong+class%3DHit%3E&CiEndHilite=%3C%2Fstrong%3E&CiUserParam3=/query.asp&CiHiliteType=Full
short:
http://tinyurl.com/3oekk
Here's my question: Which of these sites is the best one to use? I have
used snipurl.com for the past couple of years and it hasn't let me down so
far, but there is no guarantee that URLs I make there will continue to
work forever because snipurl could go out of business. Right? Anyway, if
you have any preferences (and reasons for them), I'd be interested to hear
from you.
Best,
Mike
