"North by Northwest" is good, and so is "To Catch a Thief". Other good
Hitchcock thrillers are "Rear Window" and "The Man Who Knew Too Much".
There is also this old movie about Humphrey Bogart playing a guy who's
recovering from plastic surgery, and being chased by the police. That
one is really good too.
On another vein, related to your later post about running from the
government, how about "Running Man", "Total Recall", "Free Jack", and
"Logan's Run"? :-)

Two of my favorites that I own are Charade and Father Goose. The first
is an interesting murder mystery type of movie and the later is a cute
family type of show. I suggest both to anyone looking for a classic
movie to check out.
